International House of Prayer The prayer room is the central location for the missions base, and is essentially, the heartbeat of IHOP–KC. It was designed to reflect the tabernacle of David (1 Chronicles 22–24), where we never cease worshiping the Lord and interceding for our world. The prayer room itself, is a large room arranged with chairs and tables, which is open to the public 24/7, day and night. The twelve worship sets a day transition every two hours, and each is guided by one of four prayer formats: Intercession, Worship with the Word, Prophetic Worship and Devotional Worship. Our desire is for you to come to pray, so the prayer room has been established in a relaxed atmosphere where you may come and go as you please.
